This template is almost similar to blank.shtml in that the only difference here are pre and post horizontal rules.  No navigational or pagination tokens are present on this template (which is good to use if you want to limit your visitors navigational abilities at this point).  If however, you require navigational elements, look at the other table templates for these items.
